Expanding Free Conflict Resolution Services to the Community
East County Resolutions is proud to announce its official designation as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, marking a major milestone in our mission to support peaceful communities through accessible conflict resolution services.
East County Resolutions provides free, voluntary, and confidential services including mediation, conflict coaching, facilitation, and training for individuals, families, organizations, and neighborhoods. Our goal is to help people navigate conflict with dignity, respect, and the tools needed to build lasting solutions.
“This new nonprofit status allows us to expand our reach and deepen our impact across East Multnomah County,” said Tera Cleland, Executive Director of East County Resolutions. “Whether it’s neighbor disputes, family communication issues, or community tensions, we’re here to help people move forward constructively.”
As we grow, we’re seeking passionate, community-minded individuals to serve on our Board of Directors and Advisory Board. We welcome those with backgrounds in finance, law, nonprofit leadership, or community advocacy who are eager to support peacebuilding and restorative practices in East County.
