East County Resolutions has been providing free and reduced cost mediation, facilitation and conflict resolution training services to east Multnomah County since 1991.
ECR is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization proudly serving east Portland, Gresham, Troutdale, Fairview and Wood Village. ECR relies on the generosity of the community for both funding needs and to provide services through professional mediators volunteering their time.

How Mediation Works
Mediation is a way to work through a disagreement or conflict between two or more people.

When you contact East County Resolutions, a trained mediator will talk to you about your situation, your concerns and about others who might be involved.
